A personalized workbook, generated for one child from the details you supply. Digital orders are delivered as a PDF by email, usually within a minute. Printed orders are also delivered as a PDF immediately, with the physical book following separately.

If the book is not right, email us within 30 days and we will refund you in full, printed copies included. You do not need to return anything and you keep the file. We would genuinely like to know what was wrong, but telling us is not a condition.

Print it as many times as you like, for the child it was made for and for their siblings. Photocopy pages, scan it, mark it up.

Please do not resell it, redistribute the PDF publicly, or use it as classroom-wide material for a school. If you want a version for a class or a co-op, email us — we are happy to work something out.

Your download link works for one year and regenerates an identical book each time. If it expires or you lose it, reply to your order email and we will issue a new one at no charge.

Questbook is supplementary practice material. It follows the Common Core State Standards, and each book lists the specific standards it covers, but it is not a substitute for schooling, a diagnostic assessment, or specialist support. If you are worried about your child’s progress, speak to their teacher.

Printed books are produced and shipped by a third-party print partner. Delivery is typically about a week in the US. For delivery before 25 December, order by 10 December. If a printed book arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will reprint it.

We will always try to put things right. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
